The running of the open is a major undertaking by the GIFSC committee all of who are volunteers. In order to ensure that this years event is as successful as last year we need to find as many helpers as possible for each day.

We are not looking for hours of commitment just an hour or so whilst your son or daughter is at the rink competing or between school runs etc.

We need to find people to:

Run the tombola.

Act as markers (write down the judge’s scores)

Help at the reception desk.

Act as marshals getting skaters to the right place at the right time.

Act as support to the some of the committee (help committee members with odd jobs)

Act as judges chaperons

Runners (you do not have to be fit, just prepared to walk about a bit with sheets of paper)
